This wood pulpit, such as church furniture, is constructed of red oak and hardwood plywood materials. The podium, or church lectern, has a lip on the desktop to keep your reading material in place. A wood pulpit is put through a state-of-the-art 3 step spray process that provides a water resistant clear finish and really brings out the quality of both wood and workmanship. Only minor assembly of screwing the top platform into place with 4 included screws is required.
