Each piece of bakery equipment for food merchandising is made of strong and long lasting, black powder coated steel and wire. This bread rack, also called a bakery cart, is equipped with caster wheels that allow the fixture to be easily moved around a retail space or into a kitchen. These wheels also have the ability to be locked so that when the stand is used as a store fixture, it will not be accidentally jostled by shoppers. This bread rack that rolls is optimal for replenishing the unit out of site from customers. The cart itself is 46” tall, while the side attachments are 3” tall, 16” wide, and 9” deep, a great size for holding jars, rolls, and small packages. Each bread rack with shelves comes with two sign holders.
