The glass panels in these display cases are tempered, a treatment that significantly boosts their strength compared to regular glass. This not only improves their longevity but also enhances safety by causing the glass to break into small, manageable fragments when shattered. Conversely, standard plate glass (annealed) breaks into large, hazardous pieces, presenting a danger to both you and your customers.
