This banner flag, also known as the feather graphic, has a fillable water bag included to place on the base. This water bag helps keep the display upright in light winds. The banner flag also has a pre-assembled cross base for placing your display on the ground indoors or outdoors. The water bag can be placed over the cross base to help stabilize this unit during light winds.
